Find Us

To find us travel along the A28 between Canterbury and the Thanet Towns. At the Thanet (Eastern) end of the village of Upstreet a turning to the south is signposted to Grove Ferry. 1/4 mile down the hill is a sharp bend to the right, immediately after crossing the railway track and before going on to the bridge, there is a turning to the left. This is the entrance to our North Bank where we have our launching and storage facilities and our Sunday afternoon teas are held there. This site is constantly busy 24 hours a day as boats can normally launch at any state of the tide. If you follow the road around the bend and past the Grove Ferry Inn. (A fine hostelry) the entrance to our South Bank Clubhouse can be found and we use this building for AGM's and large meetings
